regarding the running cost of HQ, i think this should scale as the corporation does rather than remain static. as a company with 1 million turnover would have lower HQ costs than one with 1 billion

I like your idea. Currently I believe the value increases depending on how many departments you have. If I remember correctly, each department added increases the cost by 100,000.

Yes, as it was duplicated with the Financial Action screen's "Set Dividend" page.
