Loan from subsidiary or parent

Its very hard to raise money from parent company
We should be able to take loan from a corporation or parent, because issuing shares is very slow process

I don't see any problems with a subsidiary (through DLC) taking out a loan.
Unfortunately, the subsidiary can only give money "from profit", and not from its own cash flow to the controlled company. I think this improvement could be implemented, where we could transfer money from the subsidiary's cash flow to the controlling company.
