Question I know crops have seasons, like sow in April and Harvest in October. My question is do folks switch crops once October happens? Or do you just keep the same crops the whole time. also if you switch crops what happens to your inventory?

You don’t switch crops usually and if you do then it is a manual process of figuring out timings and delinking your supply chains to the farm/warehouse.

If you find yourself with too much stock on a particular farm then you can either plant additional crops or in case of livestock process a different output (eg. Chicken and eggs).
