I see can't the game delegate this to the player in the gameplay settings? Sometimes, I want to play with aggressive AI players, and in this case they are "ruthless", so I'd like more room to trade , etc

What do you think?

I would recommend that you create a poll for your suggestion to gauge the community's interest in it. There would be a higher chance that the dev team will implement it if the interest level is high.
