Perhaps add the ability for CEOs to improve business expertise?

Maybe if you hire a CEO or COO, they could improve in their business expertise overtime rather than their skill level staying the same? Sometimes i like to set up subsidiaries specifically to sell parent company products, but i run into an issue where all there are are unskilled people. Maybe adding the option to send subsidiary CEOs/COOs to training, or just a slow uptick of skill growth overtime, or maybe even both?
