Merging my Subsidiary Crashes the game

When I tried to merge my subsidiary company into my main corporation the game crashed. Attached is my save game and a screenshot of the error.

I think the reason this happened is due to the following:

- Another, rival company had a competing OS.
- I could not acquire the company directly as it violates the Antitrust rule.
- So I tried to get around it - I put a bunch of money into my subsidiary - then told my subsidiary to buy that company. This actually worked to my surprise.
- Then I tried to merge my subsidiary into my company - that crashed the game. Maybe due to violating the antitrust rule in an unanticipated way? Or it could be something else.

If you do want to test my idea I have another save game from before the merge. Just do the following:

- Inject 4 billion or so into the Real Estate subsidiary.
- Buy Shining Star with Real Estate's money. Acquire and Merge. Should that be allowed? I effectively own both Operating Systems now even if indirectly.
- Merge Real Estate into the main company - it crashes.

This has been fixed now. The subsidiary can still buy the rival OS but it cannot merge with the Parent due to Antitrust law.
