Customer Traffic malfunction ?

Both shops open at the same time with the same products, the same advertise media & budget, also adjust prices in the same time, they're in the same city as picture shown, but WHY Revenue and Profit so different ?
Is that mean Customer Traffic malfunction ?

I probably know why...
because there's only 1 factory for them,
but products are NOT enough for they to sell...out of stock very often !
The low Customer Traffic one is just nearby the factory,
and high CT is one farther away.
So I guess somehow the factory can NOT distribute produces to both shops equally ...?
