Summary	How to workaround the corrupt disk2? 08105/08106.mp3 can't be copied to the game installation directory.
Content	Some people using the US-CD version of the game reported that they got a bad disk #2. And the two corrupt MP3 files (The files are located on Disk 02, program files\EGOSOFT\X3 REUNION\soundtrack, 08105.mp3 and 08106.mp3.) may interrupt the whole installing process. Well not all is lost. There is a work around you can use: 1. Start installing and you're at the end of Disk 2. The error comes up. 2. Place CD 03 in the CD drive and hit retry again. 3. A new error will come up giving the option to Ignore the 1 or 2 files in question. Ignore them and continue on with installation through cd 04, 05, and 06(X3 gamer CD, doesn't say 06 but it is the 6th cd) 4. Download the mp3 files linked bellow. Extract them from the Zip file using your favorite zip program or windows built-in zip software. 5. Drag and drop. Or copy and paste the 1 or 2 mp3's to "C:\Program Files\EGOSOFT\X3 REUNION\soundtrack" depending on which file you are having problems with. With the two files in place you should have no problems playing the game.
