After weeks of beta testing, the version 7.0.06 is now stable enough and we are rolling out it as a release version.
This version introduces a special DLC called Experimental DLC. It serves as a temporary place for new features to be experimented and tested before they would make their way to an official DLC.
True to its name, experimental features that do not make it during the test period due to gameplay balance issues or simply lack of fun will eventually be dropped.
The Experimental DLC is freely accessible to users who have purchased all of the 4 existing DLCs (Subsidiary DLC, City Economic Simulation DLC, Digital Age DLC and Banking and Finance DLC.)
The first new feature debuted in the Experimental DLC is the Import Company. More new features are being developed and will be available in future versions of the Experimental DLC.
You can now build an Import Company and select the types of products to import. If the seaports do not carry the types of goods or semi products you need, chances are that you could import them through your own Import Company. It would greatly increase the flexibility you have in setting up your supply chains, especially at the early stage of the game.
Import Company Options
The setup screen allows you to customize how import companies work with a range of options.
Import Quality
This determines the quality of products imported via import companies.
Import Product Variety
This determines the variety of products available via imports in the beginning of the game (as a percentage of the total number of product types).
Import Variety Increase
If this is enabled, the variety of products available via imports will increase over time.
Import Semi Products Only
If this is enabled, only Semi Products are available via imports. (Consumer products are not available via imports.)
Constant Supply
This determines whether product supplies via imports are constantly available.
First, set up an Import Company from the Building menu.
On the Import Company’s interface, click the [Add Import] button.
It will open the Manufacturer’s Guide, showing products and semi products that can be imported with a “cargo ship” icon.
Choose the product you want and click the [ADD IMPORT] button to have your Import Company start importing it.
Now you can order your retail stores, factories or warehouses to purchase the products from your Import Company.
Sorting functions have been added to the Corporations list, Persons list and Stock Exchange in the Information Center.
You can sort the corporations by name, AI strategy, annual revenue, annual profit, cash and stock price.
You can sort the stocks by clicking on a column header.
You can sort the persons by name, career, wealth, and different types of expertise.
Two new person portraits have been added, increasing the maximum number of persons you can have in the game.
The Subsidiary DLC introduces new features for conquering the business world on a grander scale!
The City Economic Simulation DLC lets you build new cities from scratch and play the role of mayor while simultaneously growing your business empire!
The Digital Age DLC offers you an exciting opportunity to build a tech startup at the dawn of the digital age and oversee its growth to eventually become a tech powerhouse that joins the ranks of tech titans such as Microsoft and Google.
The Banking and Finance DLC simulates the financial world with a level of realism that is unprecedented in video games. You can now build a business empire on a truly epic scale by extending its reach to the lucrative banking and insurance industries. It also greatly expands the types of financial strategy that you can execute by allowing you to issue and trade bonds, invest in global stocks, do stock splits, and pay out special dividends.

Capitalism World Mod by Arcnor
The Capitalism World Mod uses the mod system in a truly creative way, adding an amazing array of new industries to the game, including airlines, insurance, banking and telecommunication, electric cars and even rockets (yep you can build your own SpaceX).
The Modern World Mod adds an unbelievable amount of product depth, manufacturing chains and retail specialisation and tries to replicate how a modern, modular corporation may need to go about its business, whilst still using some of the games conventions to find creative problem work-around’s.
Auto Empire Mod by JackBristow
This mod expands on the Automobile class, adding 20 different models with more complex manufacturing, lots of overlapping parts, such as a sedan chassis with a V8 and better tires to make a muscle car. All the way from subcompact to carbon fiber hypercars!
Video Game Thumb Candy MOD by BioBiro
While there is no shortage of games on the market that let you manage a video game development company, none of them matches this mod in terms of offering you an unique opportunity to produce video game console hardware and dominate the video game software market at the same time (imagine a behemoth company combining Sony and EA.)
