4) Recent Improvements in Capitalism Lab

New UI for selecting livestock and livestock products in a farm. Also slightly improved the UI for selecting crop - its window will be larger when using a mod with more crop types and you can use the Enter key to select a crop.

On the shopping mall UI, the products from the selected shop in a shopping mall will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

Enhanced AI for Real Estate-Focused Companies:
Improvements have been made to the AI behavior of real estate-focused companies, making them more efficient and competitive.

Banking Improvement:
Banks can now transfer cash to their parent group with an updated loan-to-asset ratio policy. The ratio can exceed the maximum limit by up to 2%, provided it does not surpass 100%. This change offers greater flexibility for banks to transfer funds to their parent group.

Improved Gameplay Balance for Mayoral Elections:
Support Ratings Carry Over: Candidates' support ratings from the previous election will now persist into the next election. However, these ratings will gradually decline over time between elections to reflect changing voter sentiment.

Increased Campaign Budget: To balance the carry-over effect of support ratings, the maximum campaign budget has been increased by 50%.
