win11系统适配性

近期很多中文玩家在官方中文社群询问Caplab目前是否支持win11系统？有些使用win11系统的玩家想要购买正版Caplab，但是目前官方网站并未显示该游戏支持win11系统。希望大卫可以答复这个问题，让使用win11系统的中文玩家安心入正。我会将官方的回复及时转达给官方中文社群中有相关疑问的玩家。

We have tested Capitalism Lab under Windows 11 and confirmed that it is compatible with it.

The system requirement web page has been updated to include Windows 11 in the supported OS.
